The goals of Hack and Hustle Social Entrepreneurship Academy are:
• Provide summer jobs for underserved youth to help improve economic mobility.
• To provide STEM and Technology-centered workforce development to youth between the ages of 16-24 through hands-on training and education.
• Introduce the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, to allow youth to envision new career alternatives.
• Infusion of life lessons through the lens of Hip Hop Culture, which resonates with the youth.
• To build confidence in youth by promoting mental wellness and unleashing creative potential
• To provide solutions for the digital divide in the African-American community
• Program replication across the city and state
