Stop One: Brightwalk Neighborhood
  • The Housing Partnership’s “Economic Mobility Through Digital Inclusion” program primarily serves families living in three affordable apartment developments within the mixed-income Brightwalk community: The McNeel, The Alexander, and The Stevenson. This mixed-income community is nestled within the North End Smart District. In order to prepare all residents (especially our seniors) for the digital world and heighten civic engagement, this program was launched to provide education and laptop devices to the community.

Stop Two: Dilleahy Courts
  • This Housing Authority in Charlotte is apart of the ConnectHomeUSA, a movement to bridge the digital divide for HUD-assisted housing residents in the United States under the leadership of national nonprofit EveryoneOn.

Stop Three: Digital Charlotte @ Knight School of Communication
  • The Knight School of Communication develops students into creative communicators who become engaged citizens and leaders in the communities they serve.
