Call It by Its Name: Uncovering Digital Inclusion in Academic Literature and Research - Max Capacity FULL

This workshop will explore the evolution of empirical research related to digital inclusion across the social sciences and related disciplines, such as social work, communication studies, anthropology, and sociology. We will hear from researchers who have conducted a variety of different projects that examine and evaluate digital inclusion programs and policies across the United States. The short presentations will be used as a starting point for discussions among the participants on how to better align digital inclusion research and practice. In the final part of the workshop, participants will design a rough outline/proposal on how to engage more directly with academics/practitioners in their communities.
